I cannot order any food for the Last 3 weeks. The application seems to be stuck and the restaurant doesn't received any order to confirm it. They take the amount of money from the card and they cannot revert the transaction. Two weeks ago I made an order and I received the money Last week. Today I made an order (with no confirmation) and again I will have to wait two weeks to get my money back. Customer support doesn't know amything about this issue. Same issue today and they took my money.

No tracking. App shows order delivered and complete. The Call center without any hesitation informed me that this means ITS ON THE WAY!! That's when I decided to twiddle thumbs and play some meditation music. It does help. Whether ordered on their App or on Talabat, the food is guaranteed to arrive late and cold. The 'Super dinner meal' that I had ordered had four breast pieces...maybe a thigh or drumstick would have been nice. KFC is best eaten at the restaurant.

Pathetic app, that would point you on a different location even if GPS permissions are granted. The order would be shown delivered & when called to the Customer Service to enquire, they do their job best, by reading out the scripts. 'It's on the way', 'Will check with the store & get back.' Even after multiple enquires the CS agents resort to read the scripts provided to them instead of fixing the problems. Worst! In case of prepaid orders, delivering to wrong addresses also happens.
